Lunch options for Washington full day trips

I was told once by an esteemed colleague, " You can't control the weather, you can't control the fishing but you can control the food!"
Our mission is to provide you with healthy meals as well as an al fresco dining experience. Our staff is likely the most sophisticated you will find in our industry as far as what we can prepare so the sky is the limit so to speak. Each of our staff has a specialty they like but are capable of accommodating nearly anything you would prefer.
Keep in mind our prep time doesn't eat into your fishing time. We work while you fish and then join you for a wonderful meal with a view.
These options are ideas of what we prepare. We can of course accommodate most requests and certainly any type of limitations as well. Please let us know if you are allergic to anything so we can make alternative dishes.

Dylan Rose
Option 2: Steak
Steak like chicken can be served in many forms. Here we have like to do a grilled steak fajita with fresh guacamole and organic vegetables.
Todd Karn
Option 3: Chicken
Chicken has so many ways it can be prepared, we enjoy the standard BBQ but typicallyinfuse a bit more creativity into each dish. Seen here are a miso corn salad with grilled chicken, soft boiled eggs and a fresh fired creme broulee and chicken sliders with organic potato salad.

Option 4: Supreme Sandwiches
We can do the standard buffet of deli meats but also offer shrimp or scallop poor boys with a scallop ceviche.

Option 5: Other!
While we do the standards but with a bit of a twist we also prepare a variety of other unique dishes for our trips such as BBQ chicken pizza, dungeness crab stuffed poblano chiles and vegetarian white bean chili over couscous.
