Shannon Carroll
Professional Fly Fishing Guide

For nearly as long as I can remember, fly fishing has always been more of an obsession than a hobby. It began at a young age, when I would race home from school to fish the local beaches near my home in Maine.

As I grew older, fishing became a means by which to travel and explore, taking me to amazing destinations the world over. Whether its stalking giant brown trout in New Zealand, marveling at the beauty of rare marble trout in Slovenia, chasing down bonefish and permit in Belize or steelhead in our local PNW waters, fly fishing has been a gateway to exciting adventures and fascinating cultures.

I first came out to the Northwest to attend college in 2001, and since then, I have found myself drawn back time and time again. My hope is to share my experiences and passion for the sport in every facet, from techniques to become a better fly angler to conservation with each and every person I have the honor of spending time on the water with.
